Every number on this page comes off the same EVOLT body composition scanner. Not a bathroom scale. Not a formula on a website. The same machine, in the same room, measuring the same thing every time.
The method is simple and it is published here because it is what separates this from every before-and-after gallery in the industry. First scan to latest scan. Net improvers only. Staff excluded. No one who started, stopped, and came back gets counted twice. No one who works here gets counted at all.
That is it. No filters on the photos. No lighting tricks. No stock photography. No member who did not agree to have their scan shown. The numbers either moved or they did not, and the machine does not have an opinion about it.
