RTC RGST is our signature small-group strength training program designed to maximize muscle building, fat loss, and overall athletic performance. Each session follows a structured progression, incorporating strength movements, functional training, and metabolic conditioning. Full Open Gym

An opportunity for members to train independently in our fully equipped gym. Whether you’re following your own program, working on specific skills, or recovering with mobility work, Full Open Gym provides the space and flexibility to train at your own pace.

RRRRedzone

THROWBACK THROWDOWN

Our most cardio focused, performance-driven session designed to elevate speed, agility, and endurance. This workout challenges both your physical and mental toughness with high-intensity intervals, explosive movements, and sport-specific conditioning drills. Get ready to push past your limits!

Specialty Sessions

  • Stretch & Recharge (Sparks – Tuesday AM)
    • A guided mobility and recovery session focusing on flexibility, joint health, and muscle recovery. Ideal for reducing soreness, improving range of motion, and preventing injuries. This low-impact session is perfect for all fitness levels.
  • Boxing (WestSac & Sparks – Saturday AM)
    • A high-intensity, technique-focused boxing session designed to improve speed, agility, and endurance. Led by expert coaches, this class includes footwork drills, mitt work, bag training, and conditioning to develop power, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness.
