Steve Luu has been with Results for a year and a half! After feeling a lack of motivation to work out by himself and not wanting to be where he wanted mentally and physically, he decided on a change! During his time at Results, Steve has lost 30lbs and has gained so much strength and definition in his muscles! Prior to Results, waking up at 5:30AM was unheard of, but now, there is a new sense of discipline in his life! This new lifestyle has helped make his favorite motivational quote “Mind over Matter.” His favorite workout is Tabata Tuesday because he loves being sweaty and out of breath! Steve loves a push from his fitfam and coaches, and he makes it a regular routine to run laps with his 6:30 class after every workout. Steve wants everyone to know what makes Results: working towards the same goal, a better you!
