Melanie Lo from NatomasMelanie was a gym-hopper until she found her way over here to Results Natomas.  She joined off Groupon in 2015 and has been with us ever since (almost 3 years). She knew as soon as she sat in on orientation with Coach Janell, the environment, the organization, the welcoming attitude she didn’t even have to do a workout before she knew instantly that this was THE place for her.  She’s a purchasing analyst for a private jet charter company, and I live for traveling and socializing!! Introvert and homebody is not part of her vocabulary. 🙂 So, the Results mentality has always fit her lifestyle. It’s impacted every aspect of her life. Gym is no longer a dreaded thing, she plans her life around her gym schedule. She actually has to force herself to take rest days, and she has made a ton of new friends and become stronger than she ever imagined. She is an avid supporter of the Myzone, and she now tracks every single workout on it. Her username is Melly. I also have an Apple watch and a Fitbit HR 2, but the MyZone was part of the reason why she decided Results would be my home. She also loves the accountability and the extra push the MyZone provides.  She doesn’t have one favorite workout she loves to do it all lifting, cardio and cycling.  A couple of personal records she has achieved here Squatting a human heavier than her, and dead lifting 185 lbs.

She has three sentences of valuable of advice, she wanted to share:

“You only have one life to live. Don’t waste it being less than completely happy with yourself. Your family and health are worth it.”

“I’m just a simple girl, with an affinity for tracking devices. Get a MyZone, track your food, and STTFP. Not always about the number on the scale, but what you see looking back at you in the mirror. Love thyself. :)”

“Failing to plan is planning to fail. And if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!”
