Lisa and Marty Colridge have been married for 25 years (together for 30 years) but feel like they are in their 20’s!!! Lisa is a realtor at Coldwell Banker and Marty is the Director of center store for Food 4 Less. Lisa met Marty through one of her girlfriends! She went through his checkout line to buy a pack of gum and they soon became fast friends and began to write letters to one another because they lived a few hours apart. Marty kept showing up at Lisa’s cheerleading practices until she figured out that he liked her!! The rest is history! 30 years later they are happily married and have a son and twin daughters. Lisa’s favorite thing about Marty is that he makes her laugh, sticks by her side when she acts like “a crazy lady” and he is the best friend she could ever hope for. Marty’s favorite thing about Lisa is that she is his rock. She is the one person in the world that would sacrifice everything for him and their family. Marty says that Lisa is “the most beautiful woman he has ever seen or met”. Their hobbies include running, wake boarding and water skiing and their favorite sports team is the Dallas Cowboys! Although Lisa says that she would rather shop than watch sports! Lisa joined Results in November 2017 since then she has lost 18LBs! Marty joined as a member in October 2017 and lost 15lbs! They’ve both kept their weight off and are consistently working to hit new goals! They sport their Myzone proudly during their workouts! Lisa’s nickname is Chipotle and Marty’s is Drama Man! They love it because it helps them push themselves and they love seeing the results of their efforts. Overall, Marty and Lisa love how motivational the coaches are, the meal plans and most of all their Fit Fam! They never regret coming to the gym!
