Rocklin’s October Member of the Month is Kow Adjei!!! Kow started at Results by completing his 6 week 20lbs challenge and exceeding the amount and losing 28lbs!! His “why” is very simple, but impactful – To have more energy to keep up with his kids and be a great husband. What he loves most about being at Results is the positive attitudes from coaches and his fitfam. It shows since he always smiling! As for the rest of the year, Kow wants to lose 10 more lbs and keep it off, bike 50 miles per week and conquer the “Mountain Climber”! In his time outside the gym he likes to go to the movies with his wife and watch car shows with his boys. Kow also enjoys playing guitar and biking. You can catch Kow in our early am classes! Give him a high five when you see him in the gym!
