Natomas’ Member of the Month for January is Bonnie Early or Bdizzle! Bonnie has been a member at Result’s for one year and has lost 30 pounds since! Her zodiac sign is Sagittarius and her favorite workouts include Tabata and obstacle courses! She is a marriage and family therapist and has worked in the foster/adoption field for the past 17 years. She is incredibly proud to have witnessed hundreds of foster youth find their forever families.
Her biggest accomplishment since joining Results is running the Spartan sprint with her fit fam and keeping her weight off. Her favorite inspirational quote is “Fitness is not about being better than someone else. It’s about being better than you used to be.” Bonnie comes in at extremely EARLY hours and gets her workout in daily. We are proud to have her as our January Member of the Month!
