Oh Karen! With over 1 year and 100 workouts under her belt, coaches are proud to present Karen as member of the month. Originally starting at Results to support a friend, Karen found motivation of her own to continue. Completing a Hard Body challenge with a loss of 7.5% body fat, Karen showed what it means to work hard, lift heavy sh*t, and STTFP. When not kicking butt with her 5am squad, Karen uses that energy and spends time with her family and grandkids!
