Jessica first came to results in November of 2014 joining the 6 week 20lbs challenge. She successfully completed one round moving on to the second. After completing both her challenges Jessica knew she couldn’t live without Results, so she decided to become a member!
She has since then accomplished other fitness avenues such as a half marathon and her 4th Spartan race recently in November.Β Β Her favorite work out of the week is Tabata Tuesday and you can catch her beastinβ out every day at the gym with the 5am crew.
