Sacramento Central’s Member of the Month for December 2017 is the one and only Summer Neeley! Summer began her journey with Results in February of 2016. She has completed the MAC 10 (Member Accountability Contest) where she lost 14 pounds and the Alumni Challenge in January of 2017 where she lost 22.6 pounds!
When she’s not at the gym, Summer works as a supervisor for Medi-Cal. Summer’s commitment to her health and fitness is an inspiration to her husband and 3 kids – and Summer has lots of energy now to chase after her new grandson! Summer feels that her biggest accomplishment since joining results is that she is so much stronger and she pushes herself more than she ever has in the past at other gyms. When asked what her favorite motivational quote was, she didn’t even hesitate to say it’s “Damnit Jeremiah!”. Apparently, Coach Jeremiah inspires Summer during her workouts even if he’s not there! Summer’s advice for FitFam: Work hard, don’t give up, and keep a positive attitude! All these things are why Summer Neeley is our Member of the Month!!!
